The University of Houston Law Center and Houston Law Review will host the virtual 25th annual Frankel Lecture from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on October 9.
The keynote speaker will be Angela Onwuachi-Willig, dean and professor of law at Boston University. Her topic, “From ‘Lynching as Status Quo’ to the New Status Quo,” will be a socio-legal discussion of the pattern of police and quasi-police killings of Blacks.
Registration for the Frankel Lecture is open and is worth one hour of CLE credit.
