The Houston Bar Association is unveiling a new, weekly LegalLine process to replace its bimonthly call-in service in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
New changes include allowing members of the public with legal questions to signup online to have a lawyer call back with advice and additional resources to resolve their legal resources.
The new format of LegalLine will begin on Wednesday, April 8, and will continue every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. through the end of May.
For legal advice over the phone, signup here or go to hba.org to select an available timeslot. Sign-ups close each Tuesday before the LegalLine event and only limited slots are available.
