Navarro County veterans or spouses of deceased veterans can receive free legal advice at a clinic hosted by the American Legion and the Navarro County Bar Association from 9 a.m. to noon on Aug. 20 at the American Legion, 632 N. Beaton St., Corsicana.
No reservations are needed. Volunteer attorneys will answer questions on issues including family law, wills and probate, landlord/tenant law, tax issues, bankruptcy and foreclosure, among others.
Veterans who need further legal representation may be referred to an attorney or legal service provider who may take the case on a pro bono basis.
