The Texas Board of Legal Specialization is considering possible changes to the standards for certification in personal injury trial law. 
One of 22 areas of law in which attorneys can be board certified, the specialty involves litigation based on an individual’s injury from automobile accidents, professional malpractice, defective products, or negligence by another.
