The 13th annual Texas Minority Attorney Program will be held May 29 at the South Texas College of Law in Houston. TMAP is a one-day, live CLE seminar and networking event geared toward minority and women solo and small firm practitioners.

Participants will learn more about the issues facing solo and small firms, discuss various client development strategies, and network with area judges and other legal professionals.

Topics include immigration law, intellectual property law and trademarks, healthcare act, and effective ways to keep client data secure. For $90, the course provides 6.75 hours of CLE credit (2.25 ethics) along with lunch and continental breakfast.
