Tracy Brown is the director of administration for the Texas Young Lawyers Association (TYLA), where she oversees the TYLA board of directors and many member service and public service projects. Patricia L. Garcia is associate editor of the Texas Bar Journal. She graduated from New Mexico State University with a B.A. in journalism. Before working with the State Bar of Texas, she was worked in newspapers and with the Associated Press in Albuquerque, N.M.
Joanna Herzik is the web content specialist for TexasBar.com. She has been writing and editing content for the State Bar website since 2006. Joanna graduated cum laude from St. Edward's University with a B.A. in English Writing & Rhetoric and a minor in English Literature.
Kelley Jones King is the deputy director for communications of the State Bar of Texas, where she oversees board and public relations, outreach, publications, and special projects. She started her career in 1984 as an assistant editor of the Texas Bar Journal. Kelley graduated from Baylor University and has completed the Texas Governor’s Executive Development Program.
Judy Marchman is assistant editor of the Texas Bar Journal. Before joining the State Bar of Texas, she was managing editor of Eclipse Press, a book publisher in Lexington, Ky., and worked in magazine publishing as a writer and editor. Judy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Kevin Priestner is managing editor of the Texas Bar Journal and supervises the State Bar's printing and graphics departments. He is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown and the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
Teri Rodriguez is the webmaster for TexasBar.com. She maintains the State Bar website in addition to writing, editing, and designing webpages. Teri started her career at the State Bar as an editorial assistant for the Texas Bar Journal in 2000. She is a graduate of St. Edward's University in Austin.
John Sirman is an attorney and is web manager for the State Bar of Texas, where he oversees the State Bar website, TexasBar.com, the bar’s social network, Texas Bar Circle, and other interactive services. He serves as technology editor of the Texas Bar Journal and is a former associate editor of the Journal. John graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and Texas Tech University School of Law.
Holly Wilkerson is a communications manager at the State Bar of Texas, where she oversees annual meeting, local bar services, and other programs. She graduated from Texas Tech University and has an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
