Culinary talent: I can cook with the best of them as long as the best of them means cooking tasty food without recipes.
What kind of car do you drive? Ford F-150
Mentors/heroes: My father and mother, Danny and Kathy Tower. My father has practiced law for 31 years and is a self-made man. My mother taught high school speech and debate and is the most caring and strongest woman I have ever known.
Latest pursuit: Working in the Texas Legislature on public policy.
Current Project: Handling a limited amount of criminal defense cases.

What most people don’t know about me: I’m kind of a nerd.
What do you think is the biggest challenge facing attorneys today? For new attorneys like myself, it is differentiating yourself from the crowd of attorneys in the market in order to gain clients.
What's the turning point that made you decide to become an attorney? My father was hit by a drunk driver when I was 25. It almost took his life, and I wanted more than anything to step into his shoes as an attorney to help him. I realized that I had to take life more seriously at that point and set a path to law school.
Any words of wisdom or advice for the new president of the State Bar of Texas? “With great power comes great responsibility.” - Uncle Ben, Spiderman (Stan Lee)
