Hobbies: collect American civil war rifle muskets and WWII lugers.

What has changed the most technologically or practice wise since you have been licensed? Change from telephone to smart phone.

Family: wife, Lauri, and sons Trent, age 24, and Eric, age 19.

Areas of practice: civil trial, banking, business disputes, vaccine injuries.

Education: UT - Austin (BBA 1978) (JD 1982).

Culinary talent: My wife, Lauri, is a gourmet chef.

Community Involvement: Cross Timbers Community Church, Argyle, TX.

Favorite TV program: King of Queens; Investigative Discovery Channel.

Favorite food: t-bone steak

If I had more time, I would: hang out more with friends/family.

Best thing about being a lawyer: indoor work in summertime/wintertime.

What do you think is the biggest challenge facing attorneys today? Uncontrolled deceptive legal advertising.

If you weren't an attorney, what profession do you think you would be in? public accounting.

How do you think the practice will change in the next 15 years? Lawyers will employ far fewer administrative personnel.
